1. Digital Services & Consulting
Due to the digital nature of our consulting packages, content strategies, and optimization templates, all sales are final once delivery has commenced or digital assets have been downloaded. We cannot offer refunds for services that have already been executed or materials already sent to the customer.
2. Order Cancellation
If you have purchased a service (such as a 1-on-1 strategy consultation) and wish to cancel, you must request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not yet started or been delivered. 3. Service Satisfaction
